Community Ambassadors are volunteers who have been trained to provide information and referral services to seniors and their families. They have learned about local resources and services such as:

Fees
There is no fee to speak with a volunteer ambassador; however, there may be a fee associated with the services of the referral agency.
Contacting a Volunteer Ambassador
Many people feel most comfortable connecting with someone who speaks their own language and/or understands their own culture. A Community Ambassador can be contacted by calling and/or e-mailing the individual or organization listed below.

Note: Community Ambassadors are trained information and referral specialists; they are not trained clinicians. If the clients have questions beyond what the ambassadors are able to provide, they will be referred to the City of Fremont’s Intake Specialist for a detailed assessment of needs.
